Personal development is not a single destination – it’s an open-ended journey. The person you are today is not the person you were a year ago, and a year from now you’ll be a different person again. The most effective personal development coaching must grow as you grow, providing powerful intuitive tools, grounded in practical and easy to implement strategies.
Too many people live lives of discontent and uncertainty. They’re plagued with a nagging feeling that there’s more to life that what they’re experiencing, but often lack the confidence to make decisions that will bring them more in alignment with their true nature. Many feel out of control, as if their thoughts and feelings occur independently of their desires.
Coaching programs can help a great deal, but often they’re a temporary solution – a way to help the person you are right now, but not relevant to the person you will be a year from now when you reach another plateau.
There’s an old adage that says, “Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. TEACH a man to fish, and he’ll eat for a lifetime.” I realised that what was needed was a programme that could evolve with the person, a set of tools and intuitive strategies that can be revisited again and again as needed.
“Watch Me Grow”
is a 12-week, one-on-one coaching program that grows with you.
The tools and strategies you’ll learn will evolve as you do. You’ll learn how your mind works – why you think what you think and do what you do. You’ll gain a deeper sense of self-awareness, and the tools to consciously create your reality and build a life of alignment, peace and integrity.
The programme is broken up into 12 one-on-one sessions with exercises in between, covering areas such as goals, your story, motivations (your WHY), beliefs, values, rules and a lot more. These sessions are designed to be cumulative – each one building on the work of the previous one. The overall goal is to help you develop the self-awareness of who you truly are, and then to help you make conscious choices to bring yourself into alignment with that person.
The Programme . .
Each week we tackle a different aspect of YOU – the elements that define you, your life and even your future, and how you can take control of those elements to create a life of peace and integrity.
Week 1 – Goal Setting:
Identifying what you want to accomplish, and how to go about doing so.
Week 2 – Your Story:
Identifying the path you’ve taken to this moment and the defining moments that have shaped who you are today.
Week 3 – Your Big Why:
Discovering your innermost motivation – what drives you.
Week 4 – Resources/Motivation:
Laying the foundations of self-care and clarifying the resources you have, and those you need.
Week 5 – Beliefs:
How your beliefs can affect the decisions you make, and the path you eventually follow.
Uncovering your beliefs, determining what is serving and not serving you, and learning how to create new and empowering beliefs.
Week 6 – Values:
Discovering what you value most and creating a set of empowering master values more aligned to your goals.
Week 7 – Rules:
Understanding the rules you apply to yourself and how they may be holding you back, and creating new empowering rules aligned to your new values.
Week 8 – Change/Communication and Projection:
Understanding the cycle of change – where you are and how it affects your relationships, and how to become a more effective communicator.
Week 9 – Human Needs:
How your needs can determine your decisions and define your life.
Week 10 – Responsibility:
Understanding how personal responsibility allows you to live with integrity and alignment.
Week 11 – Purpose:
Discovering your soul’s true purpose and how to link and align your current reality to that purpose.
Week 12 – Long term goals and celebration:
Exploring how you can stay on track and follow your dreams as you grow and evolve over time.
